Your guests ask an AI. It answers with three addresses.

“Un bon bistrot près des Invalides, avec une terrasse ?” Your customers ask ChatGPT or Google, and the answer names three addresses. Since the summer of 2026, this has been happening in France, without advertising for now. What follows is not an alarm bell: these are dated reference points, to help you understand what has changed and what we do about it for you.

Method

  1. The answer names three restaurants

Your customer no longer scrolls through ten links. They ask a question, and the AI answers with three addresses. The fourth does not exist.

  2. Without you, the AI helps itself elsewhere

If your restaurant does not tell its own story, the AI takes it from TheFork, Tripadvisor or a guide, and slips your competitors into the same answer.

  3. Our job: making sure the answer is you

A website machines can read, the same information everywhere, regular reviews, pages in the customer's language, and monthly measurement.

Sheet no. 02 of 12Stratos Hospitality

What an AI reads before it recommends you.

An AI does not know your reputation. It builds its answer from what it finds and judges reliable: your website, your Google Business Profile, what guides and directories say about you. What it cannot find, it leaves out; what contradicts itself, it stays silent on. A restaurant can be full every night and still be invisible to it. That is what we measure first, before we propose anything.

What it weighs

  • A complete Google Business Profile, with recent reviews and replies
  • A website machines can read: titles, opening hours, menu, FAQs, in a language they understand
  • The same name, the same address, the same phone number everywhere
  • Guides, articles and directories that tell the same story
  • Pages written in the customer's language

What it does not see

  • A menu in PDF, which the machine cannot read
  • A website with no page titles
  • Five sources of opening hours that contradict each other

Three well-known restaurants. None above 60 out of 100.

How readable the website is for machines, out of 100

  • Le 39V · All its traffic comes from people who already type its name: no new customers through search
  • Café Max · Fewer than twenty visitors a month from Google, average position 48.6, before we started
  • Le Président · Diagnostic from January 2026, with no support in place

Le Président is a restaurant we ran diagnostics on, not a client. Its figures are real, and predate any support from us.

Café Max, Invalides. A chef the engines could not see.

Frédéric Vardon runs a chef's bistro on avenue de la Motte-Picquet, a stone's throw from Les Invalides. A full restaurant, celebrated cooking. In November 2025, his website only appeared for typos of his own name. We have supported him since December 2025. Here is what we did together, month after month, and what it changed.

A rooftop in the Marais followed our pre-audit without us. It worked.

Three venues, a 300 m² rooftop in the heart of Paris. In May 2026, we offered a free pre-audit, no strings attached: zero citations by AI, a rating under 4.0, five contradictory sources for opening hours, not a single page title. By September, the team had applied the roadmap themselves, and it shows. We are showing you this because it is the most honest proof we have: the method holds, even without us. And what it could not do alone is exactly what we operate.

Languages, directories, consistent information everywhere, measurement: what remains takes time and tools. That is our part.

Method

We look. We build. We keep it alive.

The same framework for every restaurant, in the same order. You know where we are at every moment, and what it asks of you.

  1. We handle everything technical

The website, the Google Business Profile, the directories, the pages in your guests' languages, the measurement. Nothing to install, nothing to learn.

  2. You keep control of your restaurant

We touch neither your menu, nor your tone, nor your team. Every text published under your name is submitted to you. Your website remains yours.

  3. We show you what we see

A written report every month, a permanent dashboard, two thirty-minute meetings. Every figure has a source and a date.

Sheet no. 06 of 12Stratos Hospitality

Four workstreams, always in the same order.

Every engagement follows the same framework. We look first, then we build, then we run it. Nothing is left to the mood of the day, and you always know exactly where we stand.

  1. Diagnostic

What the engines and the AIs see of you today, what is missing, what contradicts itself. A ninety-day plan, prioritised.

  2. Visibility

A website machines can read, pages in your customers' language, texts written for your restaurant: dish pages, FAQs, articles.

  3. Reputation

Regular reviews, collected cleanly, in keeping with the house style; calibrated replies; a rating that climbs and holds.

  4. Steering

Every month, measurement across six engines, rankings, the Google Business Profile, and one point of contact who calls you.

An AI concierge that speaks for your restaurant, in the customer's language.

Installed on your website in one line of code. It answers day and night, drawing only on your real content: menu, opening hours, directions, private hire. If it does not know, it points to the phone. No invented opening hours, no phantom dishes.

It is trained by us, with you: its name, its voice, what it says and what it does not say. You review everything before it goes live.

Method

  1. Answers day and night without tying up the team

Opening hours, menu, allergens, directions, parking, private hire: handled even outside service.

  2. Pushes towards the booking

Booking link and a clickable number, direct call on mobile.

  3. Five languages, never a mix

Question in Spanish, answer in Spanish. Question in Japanese, answer in Japanese.

  4. Never invents anything

It only answers from your documents. When it does not know, it says so and gives the phone number.

  5. Listens to your customers

Every question asked reveals an expectation. We read them every month to write the pages that are missing.

Café Max has “Madeleine”. A rooftop in the Marais might have “Mariana”. The name, the voice and the tone are chosen with you.

Service questions

01Can you show me your clients' exact figures?

Yes, under a non-disclosure agreement. The site gives orders of magnitude; once the agreement is signed, we show you the real progression data: revenue, covers, bookings, traffic, month by month.

02Who touches my website?

We do, with your access, and only for what is planned: titles, information machines can read, new pages. Your menu, your tone and your photos stay yours. Every text carrying your name is submitted to you before publication.

03How much time does this take me?

One call in the first week, to list the access needed. One hour a month after that, in two meetings. The rest is our work.

04How much does the engagement cost?

One single package, the Pack Premium, at €2,000 excl. VAT a month. Over six months, the entry diagnostic is charged at €2,500 excl. VAT; over twelve months, it is included. The media budget for advertising campaigns is not included.

05What happens if the results do not come?

Four targets are written into the contract for the sixth month: recommended by at least three engines out of six, actions on the Google Business Profile up by at least 30%, a Google rating of 4.3 or up by two-tenths, visitors from Google up by at least 20%. If they are not met, the following months are on us until they are.

06Can I stop?

The commitment is six or twelve months. At the deadline, you decide whether to continue. In the meantime, the guarantee protects you.

07How long before results appear?

Café Max saw his first keywords rank in two months, and five engines out of six recommend him in five months. Every restaurant starts from a different point: the diagnostic will tell you where you stand.

08What is GEO?

The work that gets an AI to cite you, the way classic SEO gets a search engine to rank you. Making a restaurant understandable, trustworthy and citable by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google’s AI Overviews.

09Do you work outside Paris?

Yes. We support restaurants across France: Paris, Lyon, the Côte d’Azur, Provence. Measurement is built by neighbourhood and by language, whatever the city.

10Is the AI concierge included?

Yes. The AI concierge under your name, multilingual and trained on your own content, is part of the Pack Premium, at no extra cost.

11What happens if we redo our website?

Package clients get a preferential rate for a redesign. The website belongs to you, the code is handed over to you, and you choose the hosting.
